For $375 per quarter, you'll receive a thoughtfully selected box containing 5-6 core style pieces from our boutique, Society Franklin. Each item is chosen for its superior quality and classic appeal, designed to be the foundation of your wardrobe. These are the go-to pieces you'll rely on all season long! Not sure you want this service every new season, just sign up for a one-time purchase. However, if you sign up for the quarterly box delivery, you SAVE on each box as well as become a VIP and save 15% off additional items ALL YEAR LONG! 

What's Inside?

We've done the work for you, handpicking foundational items that are both stylish and timeless. Every piece is an essential staple or everyday piece that you can mix, match, and build upon.

For example, our upcoming Spring Box might include: a classic, versatile cardigan or crisp, white long-sleeve button-up shirt, a classic accessory (ie. necklace, earrings or maybe a belt), throw in a classic denim shirt, the perfect white tee and an outer-layer you never knew you could live without!

Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Shipping is free over $100 order purchase. Anything under $100 is a flat rate of $7.99 via USPS or UPS 3-7 business days. Expedited Shipping please reach out to us.

RETURN POLICY:

BRING TO THE STORE

  • Take your items directly to SOCIETY (3100 Village Plains Blvd, #140 Franklin TN) for a full refund (less shipping) within 14 days of purchase for a refund or store credit.  
  • Refunds can be expected in 5-7 business days.


SEND BY MAIL

  • Start your return online by emailing customerservice@societyfranklin.com or DM us @society_franklin
  • Returns are FREE if submitted within 14 days of receiving, tags are still attached. 
  • Ship your items with a prepaid USPS or UPS shipping label that we'll email to you to print at home. Shipping is not refundable. 
  • Returns are processed in 10-14 business days and refunds can be expected 5-7 business days after processing.
  • ALL SALES FINAL ON SALE OR PROMOTIONAL SALES

We ask that you please look over your order as soon as you get it to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. If you received a damaged item, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Returns for ONLINE PURCHASES- We offer refunds to original form of payment or you can exchange for another item. Online returns must be submitted via customerservice@societyfranklin.com within 14 days of purchase. . 
  • Size Exchanges- Once your return is received in our warehouse, we will process and ship your size exchange with no additional cost! We ask that you please email us and indicate the size exchange you would like and include it in the package when you send it back to us. **Please note: Your size is not held until the exchange process is complete. If the size you requested is unavailable, you will receive a store credit  or a refund (less shipping) for the amount of the purchase sent to the email provided at checkout.
  • Sale Items- All sale items are FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for store credits, but you CAN make a size exchange. Any final sale items sent back will be marked return to sender and will be subject to additional shipping costs. Orders made during a special promotion sale are always FINAL SALE.

Returns for IN-STORE PURCHASES- We offer refunds to original form of payment. We highly appreciate returns to be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
